Chicken, Seasoned Rice & Vegetable Casserole

What you need:

* 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
* 1 c. water
* 1 pkg. (6 oz.) seasoned long-grain and wild rice mix
* 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts)
* 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
* 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
* paprika

What to do:

1. Stir the soup, water, rice and seasoning packet, vegetables and half the cheese in a 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with the paprika. Cover the baking dish.
2. Bake at 375°F for 1 hr. or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Uncover the dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

* This recipe is also delicious using Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup instead of the Cream of Mushroom Soup.
